  4. Forensic help: When a fraud or impropriety has occurred, forensic audit agreements can be developed to audit, investigate and determine the level of damage, provide deliverables to law enforcement, and to help sort out the status and recommend actions.

  6. Coming Soon: Kits – For the small non-profit, topics are: Formation, Start-up, Leadership

Education Services

  1. Seminars / Workshops: Customized programs can be designed and delivered for groups of all sizes covering a host of non-profit topics: Formation, governance, leadership, booster clubs, back-room operations and more.

  2. Civic Groups: Speakers and materials can be designed and delivered to your group to provide a thirty minute overview of how to consider and prepare for board or volunteer service in the community. It is so important that volunteers and potential board members are clear on the implications and expectations of taking on roles in the community and are prepared to deliver on their promise.

  3. Board and/or Leader orientation: A well run non-profit annually provides essential governance board and leader training. We can provide customized training to ensure that your board members and senior leaders understand the statutory and regulatory requirements of maintaining the organization. In turn, the linkage to the Vision, Mission, financial transparency and daily operations creates the confidence donors need to provide lifeblood support.

  4. Staff and/or Volunteer Training: Staff and volunteers must be clear on the fundamental requirements for maintaining a non-profit and the connection between those requirements and their daily tasks. We can provide that training, recommended annually, so that volunteers and staff feel connected to the essence of the non-profit and its mission. Their diligent work contributes to the public face of a well-run organization and helps create the confidence that benefactors and stakeholders need to provide the lifeblood funding.

Remediation

  1. Guidance through remediation: We provide remediation services when there is fraud, impropriety, dysfunction, a failed audit, negligence, or other bad behavior. A customized agreement for services is available to fit your needs in time of difficulty.

  2. Partner referral for legal and/or risk management counsel: We can provide referrals to expert attorneys or risk management advisors to assist with your legal or risk related problems.
