Our Impact
Founded in 2007, Excelsior Insights has delivered education, consulting, remediation and coaching services to many non-profit organizations including the Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA), the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia, Georgia Regional Education Support Associations (RESAs) in the state, Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS), many school districts across the region, and a host of exempt organizations including many booster clubs. Excelsior assisted GCPS in implementing a new and innovative Parent Volunteer Organization Policy and supporting Procedure and guided the Gwinnett County Schools Foundation in creating an umbrella organization for county school foundations. Cobb County School District relied on the team’s consulting expertise in developing its “Booster Resource Guide.” Excelsior Partners received the 2011 GMEA “Friends of Music Award” for their contributions to supporting music education around the state of Georgia.

Our Team
Excelsior Insights was formed by alumni high school booster parents, successful business professionals in taxation, accounting, finance, operations, TQM and leadership, who recognized the lack of available, reliable, organized and understandable resources as they went through their own experiences in organizing, managing, leading and supporting non-profit organizations.
Steve
Kosmala
With a passion for serving others, Steve spent 37-years working in finance, accounting, administration and operations before retiring from the corporate world. He now pursues those passions further through volunteer work and by serving people like you in non-profits all across the region.
Warren
McClellan
Warren is dedicated to serving people by helping guide them wisely through his work as a CPA and partner in a financial services company. He is also involved in a number of church, civic, and community organizations through which he volunteers his time to continue helping others.
